Izakaya Above The Sea

Zuma brings its globally celebrated izakaya-style dining to the Indian Ocean with its first floating outpost — an elegant expression of Japanese cuisine unlike any other.

Inspired by the convivial izakaya concept, Zuma invites guests into a vibrant and relaxed setting designed for sharing and connection. Serving specialty dishes including sliced seabass with yuzu, truffle oil and salmon roe, roasted lobster, shiso ponzu butter and spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chili, and sweet soy.

Elements of timber, granite and light come together to create a dramatic walkway into the vibrant space inside, featuring an island bar, robatayaki grill and sushi counter – complemented by natural materials and local design techniques.
