The Ledge

From Flame to Finish

A legendary take on beachside barbecue

Fire meets finesse at The Ledge in a beachfront space designed for bold flavor and laid-back indulgence. Created by the chef behind Michelin-starred Burnt Ends, this open-air restaurant brings modern Australian barbecue to the Maldives with confidence and character.

From a la minute lobster rolls and wood-grilled Blackmore’s Wagyu Beef to the now-iconic steak frites with caviar, the menu balances technique with lightness, and precision with play. Wood-fired seafood leads the way, paired with bright sauces, charred citrus, and unexpected textures.

Beneath driftwood chandeliers and against a backdrop of reclaimed timbers and stone, The Ledge Maldives shifts effortlessly from a sun-drenched lunch spot to an atmospheric dinner destination. It’s casual yet curated — and made to be shared, savored, and remembered.

Fueled by Fire

At the heart of The Ledge, a custom-built, dual-cavity wood-burning oven powers the open kitchen. Glowing embers, heat, and smoke deliver theatre with every plate.
