Come evening, the restaurant transforms into a cosmopolitan dining destination. À la carte favorites — from Thai satay and Italian risotto, to Japanese tuna tataki, crispy jumbo prawns and freshly grilled Maldivian lobster — are served fresh under our beachside terrace.
