The menu is a curated journey through land and sea: octopus carpaccio, artichoke bruschetta, anchovies with stracciatella and balsamic roasted bell peppers, langoustines in garlic butter, and slow-braised Australian beef brisket. Every dish reflects a philosophy of balance — bold but never heavy, refined yet rooted in tradition.
