Located below sea level, the Cellar is an under-ground treasure trove housing an extensive collection of fine vintages from boutique wineries around the world. Connoisseurs and beginners are invited by our Executive Chef and Sommelier to join one of the weekly hosted events to experience gourmet creations paired with specially selected wines to get an insight into the intricacies and techniques of wine pairing including a blind tasting.
